The Meeting was attended by the national delegations of Albania, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, Türkiye and Ukraine, as well as a representative of the BSEC Permanent International Secretariat and members of the PABSEC International Secretariat.
