The 60th Meeting of the PABSEC Cultural, Educational and Social Affairs Committee was held online, on 23 March 2023, with the technical support of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova. National delegations of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Greece, Republic of Moldova, Russia, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine, the representative of the BSEC PERMIS and the members of the PABSEC International Secretariat took part in the Meeting.
