Visit of the Representatives of the “Ayder Forum” Association to the PABSEC International Secretariat, Istanbul, 6 November 2025
On 6 November 2025, representatives of the Ayder Forum Association: Mr. Hakan Gültekin, Mr. Arif Eksi and Mr. Mustafa Efe Topoğlu, visited the PABSEC International Secretariat in Istanbul and met with Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General.
During the meeting, the guests informed the Secretary General about the preparatory work for the second International Ayder Forum, scheduled to take on 15–17 January 2026. It was noted that the Forum will bring together high-level officials, parliamentarians, scholars, and business leaders to discuss key regional priorities, including a special session dedicated to the role of artificial intelligence in regional development and strengthening cooperation. The representatives underlined the importance of broad participation by the PABSEC Member States and informed Mr. Hajiyev that official invitations will be sent to all PABSEC National Delegations.
Mr. Asaf Hajiyev thanked the guests for the kind invitation and commended the Association’s efforts to enhance dialogue and cooperation in the Black Sea Region. He informed them about the current and future activities of the Assembly and reaffirmed the importance of continued close cooperation between PABSEC and the “Ayder Forum” Association. He expressed confidence that the 2026 Ayder Forum will make a substantive contribution to strengthening regional cooperation and reiterated the Assembly’s readiness to support initiatives that advance dialogue and stability in the Black Sea Region.
Ms. Pavlina Lozanova, Secretary of the PABSEC Committee for Legal Affair and International Cooperation and Mr. Ali Ustundag, Administrative Officer of the PABSEC International Secretariat also participated in the Meeting.
