Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General, and Mr. Borys Kolisnychenko, PABSEC Deputy Secretary General, took part in the Fiftieth Meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs (CMFA) of the BSEC Member States, which was held online on 27 June 2025.
On 27 June 2025, the Second Meeting of the Presidents of the Academies of Sciences of the BSEC Member States was held in Istanbul, Türkiye, on the theme “Cooperation and Development of Science and Education in the Black Sea Region.” The event was organised by Istanbul University in cooperation with the PABSEC International Secretariat.
On 25 June 2025, PABSEC Secretary General Mr. Asaf Hajiyev and PABSEC Deputy Secretary General Mr. Borys Kolisnychenko participated in the Meeting of the BSEC Committee of Senior Officials in Istanbul.
The 65th Plenary Session of the PABSEC General Assembly was held in Baku on 18-19 June 2025 upon the invitation of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The meetings of the Bureau of the Assembly and the Standing Committee were held on 17 June 2025 in Baku and were chaired by H. E. Ms. Sahiba Gafarova, Chairperson of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The Supplementary Meeting of the PABSEC Committee on Social and Humanitarian Policy took place on 17 June in Baku in the framework of the 65th PABSEC General Assembly.
On 11-12 June 2025 Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General participated in the 14th Plenary Session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Turkic States (TURKPA), which was held in Astana, Kazakhstan, upon the invitation of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
