Mr. Daniel Dulca, PABSEC Deputy Secretary General, attended the online parliamentary meeting jointly organized by the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) and the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), on 25 May 2023.
Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General, took part in the Joint Conference of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly and the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan on "The Role of National Parliaments in Promoting Security and Stability through Green Economy, Connectivity and Sustainable Development", which was held in Baku on 22-23 May 2023.
Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General, participated in the Special Session of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan dedicated to the 100th Anniversary of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev in Baku, on 16 May 2023.

On 14 May 2023 the PABSEC delegation composed of Mr. Musa Guliyev, Chairman of the PABSEC Cultural, Educational and Social Affairs Committee, member of the PABSEC Azerbaijani delegation, Mr. Ramaz Nikolaishvili, Vice-Chair of the PABSEC Technological and Environmental Affairs Committee, member of the PABSEC Georgian delegation and Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General, took part in the observation mission to the parliamentary and presidential elections in the Republic of Turkiye in the city of Konya.

The 61st Plenary Session of the PABSEC General Assembly was held in Ankara, on 4-5 May 2023, upon the invitation of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye.
On 4 May 2023, in Ankara, was held the Summit of Speakers of the Parliaments of the BSEC Member States, dedicated to the 30th Anniversary of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC), upon the invitation of H.E. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Sentop, Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye. The Summit was attended by Speakers from Armenia, North Macedonia, Serbia, by the First Deputy Chairman of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and by heads of the PABSEC national delegations from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, the Republic of Moldova, North Macedonia, Russia, Serbia, Türkiye and Ukraine.
The meetings of the Bureau of the Assembly and the Standing Committee were held on 4 May 2023, in Ankara and were chaired by H.E. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Sentop, PABSEC President, Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye.
