On 29-30 May 2018 in Minsk, Republic of Belarus, took place the Business Forum “The Republic of Belarus – Member States of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation”, which was jointly organised by the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, the Belorussian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the PABSEC.

Mr. Fuat Küçükaydın, PABSEC Deputy Secretary General, participated in the 3rd Annual Security Conference “Towards New Security Arrangements for the MENA Region” held in Istanbul on 6 May 2018. The aim of this Conference, organized by the Al Sharq Forum and the Afro-Middle East Centre (AMEC), was to follow up the new security arrangements in the Middle East and North Africa Region (MENA) Region and to deliberate on the objectives and details of new security frameworks in the MENA Region.
Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General, participated in the 25th International Language Association Annual Conference entitled “Migration, Communication, and Culture” which took place in Santorini, Greece, during 4-6 May 2018.
Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General and Mr. Fuat Küçükaydın, PABSEC Deputy Secretary General, paid a visit in Ankara, on 2 May 2018, to Mr. İsmail KAHRAMAN, Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (GNAT). Mr. Ramazan Can, PABSEC Vice-President and Head of the PABSEC Turkish Delegation, Mr. Mehmet Ali Kumbuzoğlu, Secretary General of the GNAT and Mr. Necati Öztürk, Acting Head of the Foreign Relations and Protocol Department of the GNAT, also participated in the meeting.
On 23-27 April 2018, Mr. Daniel Dulca, the Deputy Secretary General of the PABSEC, participated in the Spring Session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), in Strasbourg.
Mr. Daniel Dulca, the Deputy Secretary General of the PABSEC, participated in the 14th Meeting of the Ad Hoc Working Group of Experts on BSEC-EU Interaction, held in Istanbul, at the BSEC Headquarters, on 27 April 2018.
