The First 2021 Meeting of the Working Group on the PABSEC Rules of Procedure was held in Istanbul on 1 March 2021. The Meeting was attended by the national delegations of Albania, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Greece, the Republic of Moldova, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine.

Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General, paid a working visit to Ankara on 24-25 February 2021. During the visit, the PABSEC Secretary General met with Mr. Cemal Ozturk, Head of the PABSEC Turkish delegation and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of Turkey Andrii Sybiha.

PABSEC Participation in the 13th Session of the GUAM Parliamentary Assembly, 10 February 2021
Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General, took part in the 13th Session of the GUAM Parliamentary Assembly, which was organized online on 10 February 2021, and was chaired by Mr. Elnur Allahverdiyev, Chairman of the GUAM PA, the head of the Azerbaijani delegation to the GUAM PA. The meeting was attended by representatives of the GUAM member states, as well as observers and guests.
