Mr. Daniel Dulca, PABSEC Deputy Secretary General, attended the Online Conference entitled “Current Security Challenges: Focus on Afghanistan”, which was organized under the auspices of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly’s 19th Autumn Meeting, on 4 November 2021.
Mr. Miltiadis Makrygiannis, PABSEC Deputy Secretary General attended the virtual conference titled “Marine Litter in the Danube and the Black Sea region: concrete proposals from the regions” that took place on 4 November 2021.

On 27-28 October 2021, Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General, paid a working visit to the capital of the Republic of Albania, Tirana, and had meetings with the leadership of the country. The PABSEC Secretary General was accompanied by Ms. Renata Meto, Secretary of the PABSEC Cultural, Educational and Social Affairs Committee.
Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General, and Mr. Miltiadis Makrygiannis, PABSEC Deputy Secretary General, participated in the Meeting of the BSEC Committee of Senior Officials, which took place online on 26 October 2021.
Mr. Daniel Dulca, PABSEC Deputy Secretary General, attended the Virtual Workshop entitled “Universal Health Coverage and Equity: Always Hand in Hand?”, which was organized by the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU), on 26 October 2021.
On 25 October 2021, Dr. Mikhail Brodsky, President of Lincoln University (USA, California) visited the PABSEC International Secretariat and met with Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, the PABSEC Secretary General.
PABSEC Secretary General Mr. Asaf Hajiyev and the Deputy Secretary General Mr. Miltiadis Makrygiannis participated in the European Conference of Presidents of Parliament of Council of Europe member states.
Ms. Milena Ljubinkovic, Secretary of the PABSEC Economic, Commercial and Financial Affairs Committee took part in several agriculture-related events held online between 18 and 20 October 2021.
