PABSEC Participation in the BSEC-URTA Working Party on Digitalization
On 16 February 2026, Mr. Borys Kolisnychenko, PABSEC Deputy Secretary General, participated in the online meeting of the BSEC-URTA Working Party on Digitalization.
The meeting addressed key issues related to the application of digital solutions in the field of international road transport, including tools aimed at improving the efficiency of transport operations and enhancing communication with professional drivers.
Participants were introduced the digital products of iLINK, as well as relevant European Union initiatives and projects in which the company is involved. In addition, a practical presentation was delivered on the use of the Jotform platform in transport operations, including the development of a dedicated communication channel (hotline) for drivers and transport operators.
A separate segment of the discussions focused on the implementation of electronic permits (e-permit) and possible approaches to the development of related solutions within the framework of BSEC-URTA.
