Condolences to the Russian Federation over the tragic shopping mall fire in Siberia on 25 March 2018
The Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation and its International Secretariat convey deep condolences and sympathy to the Russian Federation and the families of the victims of the deadly fire in the shopping mall in Kemerovo on 25 March 2018 claiming more than 60 lives, mostly children.
We sincerely share pain and grief of the Russian people and wish speedy recovery to all injured in this tragic accident.
