Mr. Marian Lupu, PABSEC President, Chairman of the Parliament of Moldova, and Mr. Igor Bolboceanu, Deputy Secretary General, attended the gatherings on the occasion of the 90^th Anniversary of the Milli Mejlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan, on 18-19 June 2008 in Baky. Addressing the participants, Mr. Marian Lupu, PABSEC President, Chairman of the Parliament of Moldova, highlighted the active role  that the Azerbaijani PABSEC delegation had played a in developing the activity of the PABSEC ever since its establishment, 15 years ago. He also extended to the Milli Mejlis on behalf of PABSEC the warmest congratulations for the good results achieved in all these years of hard working and dedication on the path of establishing democracy and the rule of law in Azerbaijan.
