The Thirty-Second Meeting of the Committee was be held in Belgrade on 18-19 March 2009. The main topic of the agenda was “Development of the Sea Transport in the BSEC Member States: Problems and Perspectives”. The Rapporteur on the Report was Mr. Reşat Doğru, Member of the Committee (Turkey) and on the Reccomandation Mr. Gagik Minasyan, Chairman of the Committee.

The Meeting was chaired by Mr. Edward Nalbandian, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, and attended by all the BSEC Member States, Observer States, representatives of international organisations and the BSEC Related Bodies. The PABSEC was represented by Mr. Gagik Minasyan, Chairman of the PABSEC Economic, Commercial, Technological and Environmental Affairs Committee, Head of the Armenian PABSEC Delegation, and Mr. Alexander Furman, PABSEC Deputy Secretary General.

The International Parliamentary Conference dedicated to the 65th Anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 and the International Parliamentary Conference “Future of the European security”, organised by the Interparliamentary Assembly of the CIS Member Nations and the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe took place in Saint-Petersburg respectively on 7 and 8 April 2010.

The Meeting was chaired by Mr. Lulzim Basha, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Albania. Mr. Sali Berisha, Prime Minister of the Republic of Albania, delivered a welcoming address to the participants of the Meeting.
